Introduction
Professor Judith Broady-Preston undertakes research in Qualitative and Quantitative Social Research and Social Policy, focusing on the relationship between leadership strategies, organisational learning and culture. Current projects are 'Learning and leadership: organisational behaviour , culture and change' and 'Integrated flexible learning and professional development.' Developing and researching strategies to ensure equality and diversity in Higher Education and the professions is equally of contemporary interest. Previously Dean of Faculty and Director of the Institute of Professional Development [Faculty], Aberystwyth University, from January 2019, Visiting Professorial Fellow at UCL Qatar.
