Introduction
Development of strategies based on molecular methods that allow describing the genetic variants of different parasite species, contributing to the study of population genetics and their correlation with the geographical origin and the evolution of the infections. Our studies try to understand the genetic diversity of different parasites of clinical/epidemiological interest through the application of molecular typing. For this, different molecular tools are used to answer different hypotheses.
