Director-Convenor of G-Watch in the Philippines
(www.g-watch.org). Research affiliate & adviser to Accountability Research Center (ARC) based in School of International Service, American University. Has had 18yrs of experience in citizen monitoring, civil society-government engagement & citizenship education. Has numerous published works on civil society, political-governance reforms and citizen-led reform campaigns. A graduate of the University of the Philippines with PhD units in Political Science, Master of Public Administration (MPA) major in Public Policy degree and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science.
