Introduction
Joseph is a Lecturer at the University of Western Australia Business School, Management and Organisations Department. His primary research interests include: individual work performance (proficiency, OCB, adaptive, proactive), teams, well-being and mental health, and diversity. He is proficient in both quantitative and qualitative methods.
