Introduction
August 1982. I am PhD by the Autonomous University of Baja California, Mexico (Engineering Institute, Mexicali, 2017). Besides, I am Architect by the Chihuahua Institute of Technology II (2007) and I have a Master Degree in Architecture by the University of Colima (Faculty of Architecture, 2009).
My main research interests are (i) Net Zero Energy Buildings, (ii) Improve the aplicattion of Renewable Energy Systems and (iii) Development of Energy Policies.
