Introduction
Joris Weijdom is a senior teacher and researcher at the HKU University of the Arts Utrecht. He designs mixed-reality experiences focusing on interdisciplinary creative processes and performativity. Between 2012-2015 he initiated and directed the Media and Performance Laboratory (MAPLAB), enabling practice-led artistic research on the intersection of performance, media and technology. As part of his PhD project Joris researches creative processes in collaborative mixed reality environments (CMRE)
