One of the greatest difficulties in achieving effective solutions to environmental problems stems from the profound disconnection of human beings with nature. This disconnection leads to the loss of the inherent capacity of humans to feel part of nature, ignoring the fact that their existence depends on it and that their actions significantly affec...

To build and make visible spaces for the exchange of knowledge and experiences of women producers, through workshops for the collective confection of Cloth Books. With these materials, strengthen local identities and disseminate an accessible recording technique of socio-environmental history, which awakens the interest of the community in general and academic perceptions of local people in the dispute over access to land.
Project
The progressive loss of native forests imposes changes in the quality of the environment, lifestyles and well-being of local populations, whose interactions can affect the dynamics of the socio-ecological system in a variable way. Such interactions sustain social processes whose dynamics and impact on the trajectory of the socio-ecological system depends on a set of little known factors, whose comprehension constitutes the central objective of this project. To this end, the analysis of different case studies within the Province of Misiones will initially be addressed, through the evaluation of the vulnerability of socio-ecological systems to changes in land use and the process of building adaptive governance aimed at reducing it, as well as the influence of the research-action process itself. Main objectives: a- Understand the relative importance of the various factors and components affecting socio-ecological vulnerability at the local level to current land-use change trends in Misiones province. b- Evaluate the capacity of participatory modeling of socio-ecosystems to promote social learning mechanisms in aspects relevant to local governance of natural capital. c- Provide criteria for adapting public policies on land use in the province of Misiones.
