Introduction
My research aims to develop a practical framework based on Enterprise Architecture and introduce the concept of Capability-Based Management to improve Digital Transformation. The purpose of the framework is to provide methods and artifacts for managing organizational capabilities to align with Digital Transformation goals. By designing and testing specific artifacts, my research aims to advance understanding and contribute to both theory and practice.

training an apprentice for an entire programme.
Sharing apprentices...
