Introduction
João Marôco (Ph. D., Washington State University) is an associate professor of ISPA-IU (www.ispa.pt) where he teaches courses in Statistics, Research Methods and Data Analysis. He is invited associate professor of the doctoral program of business and administration at the Nova School of Business. He has been invited to perform more than 40 lectures and workshops in Portugal an abroad on Statistical Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. His research interests include psychometric scale evaluation and development, large-scale student assessments and applications of regression, structural equation modeling and multivariate statistical classification methods in the biological as well as in the social and human sciences.
