Introduction
I'm a lecturer in TESOL in the English Department at the University of Hildesheim where I work in the area of intial teacher education. My research focuses on teacher education and continuous professional development of teachers as well as on how classroom data can be used effectively in order to foster reflective practice and teacher learning.
