Introduction
My primary focus is the effect of diet on cardiovascular diseases and health outcomes. Work centers around health disparities associated with health behaviors and medical advice received for vulnerable populations. Current research is on NIH grant as co-investigator on intergenerational influence for health Black & Hispanic older adults.
