Introduction
Jianmin Li received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Hunan University, Hunan, China, in 2007, 2012, and 2018, respectively. He is an Associate Professor at the College of Engineering and Design, Hunan Normal University. His current research interests include power quality monitoring, power system measurement, and intelligent information processing.
