Investing in entrepreneurship may be costly, and therefore risky, and entrepreneurship is also an economic endeavor that is highly dependent on entrepreneurial ability and risk appetite. In this study, data from 669 famers in southwest China were used as the sample, and we used three different methods to measure farmers’ risk aversion level, includ...
Climate change and agriculture are closely related and have an impact on each other. Although a number of research have been conducted on the subject, none have specifically studied the ECA connection in Asian developing economies. The aim of this study is to examine how agricultural productivity in emerging Asian economies—China, India, Japan, Mal...
The allocation of agricultural credit is an exceptional strategy for ensuring sustainable agricultural production. It increases farmers’ purchasing power and technical efficiency. In this study, we examine the long-run impact of agricultural credit on wheat production in nine major wheat—producing provinces of China from 1992–2020. The research als...
The adverse effect of rising temperatures on grain output is gradually spreading across China. On the other hand, technical developments have resulted in substantial changes in the agricultural production system over time. Hence, we assess the effect of temperature on grain yields in addition to the potential effect of some technological factors us...

ICTs play an increasingly crucial role in ensuring food security and sustainable agricultural production, particularly in emerging economies. The majority of survey-based literature focuses on Internet use and farmers' income , technical efficiency of agricultural production, the economic well-being of smallholder farmers, and market information, r...
The climatic events and increasing population are impacting the food system's resilience. The significance of a looming food crisis may be more pronounced in a country like Pakistan. Therefore, to manage farm production sustainably, this research infers the Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory to analyze small growers' pro-environmental adaptation and mi...
Northern and Southern regions are the two major wheat production belts of China. Agro-climatic resources have changed significantly in recent years, threatening staple food production in these regions. As a result, it is critical to investigate the long-term effect of climate change and agri-inputs on wheat production in China's top six wheat produ...
Agricultural entrepreneurship significantly improves farmers’ livelihoods and it also contributes toward poverty reduction.
