Introduction
Our research is focused on the sustainable exploitation of natural resources to generate value added products. An example of raw materias that we have been working in last years, are fish viscera, stickwater, seaweeds and also plant material like Bromelia pinguin. From this low cost and underutilized resources, we can obtain several molecules with attractive functional and biological properties.
