Introduction
Dr. Paz-Albo is the coordinator of the Innovation and Educational Improvement Research Group at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. He served as the director of the Master's Degree in Leadership and Management of Educational Centers at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from 2013 to 2018. Formerly he chaired the World Language Department at John Hope College Preparatory High School. His research interests focus on child development, educational technologies, teacher education and bilingual eucation.
