Introduction
Jessica obtained her Ph.D. in Language Psychology (Psycholinguistics), Communication, and Linguistics at the University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2010. Her PhD title: Communication Linguistics in ‘Kaedah Santai Tutur’ for Autism Children. She was awarded as the best student in Master Malay Language at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) year 2007 and Bachelor of Arts (History, Anthropology, and Sociology) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2001. She received a Certificate in Malaysia Commercial Certificate in year 1991, Certificate in Teaching English Studies in the year 1999 and a Certificate in Executive Logistics and Supply Chain in the year 2020. Jessica’s expertise is in Language Psychology (Psycholinguistics), Social Integration, Communication, Education, Linguistics and Logistics. Now, she is pursuing her MBA (Logistics and Supply Chain) in Saito University.
