Introduction
Jeremy is currently Chief Science Officer at Lavvan (www.lavvan.com), a manufacturer of cannabinoids through a cellular agriculture-based process. Lavvan’s research focuses on scalable production of both common and rare cannabinoids, the physiological utility of specific cannabinoids, the development of water-soluble cannabinoids, and the efficacy of cannabinoid formulations. Jeremy also has a broader research interest in HSP/HSF stress genetics, yeast biosynthesis, and biological fermentation.
