Introduction
Jeremias Braid completed both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology at the Paris-Lodron University of Salzburg (PLUS) and has been a PhD candidate there since the summer of 2023. Since March 2024, he has been working as a project assistant in the PIP team, conducting research on topics at the intersection of sport and social psychology. His research areas include behavior, performance, and group dynamics in football, as well as responses to criticism and perceptions of activism.

The advent of virtual reality technology provides Olympic athletes and coaches with manifold new possibilities for training and competition preparation.
