Jens P. Flanding is an advisor on strategic initiatives and innovation, and a member of the United Nations Change Management Peer Network of the UN Laboratory for Organizational Change and Knowledge. He is United Nations System Staff College faculty member for designing and managing organizational change with expertise in practical techniques for digital-era change management. After training as an economist at Royal Holloway College and McGill University, he worked as a management consultant with Deloitte’s strategy and operations practice. Dr. Flanding has master’s degrees in policy and research and a doctorate in political science from the London School of Economics.
