Introduction
Medical physicist specialising in Magnetic Resonance Imaging pulse programming, data acquisition, analysis and reconstruction, with a focus on fat quantification and suppression, as well as diffusion-weighted and diffusion tensor imaging in the body. Recent projects include setting up a complete MRI acquisition and reconstruction pipeline for quantifying Brown Adipose Tissue in adults, and using Dixon fat suppression in combination with Diffusion Tensor Imaging to quantify disease progression in patients with Becker and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
