Introduction
My research interests focus on the instrumentalization of documents in education, especially in distance learning. In recent years, I have been interested in the structuring of a documentary archive using an ontology for teaching statistics resources in the Ontostats project (https://ontostats.univ-paris8.fr ). This reflection on the use of documents has found an extension in a project of education in scientific thinking and collaborative work online with the PEPE project (https://pepe.univ-pari

In the context of current environmental problems, our study attempts to analyze the representations of pollution on children. In a theoretical framework emphasizing the role of the biophysical environment in cognitive development, we have studied the representation of pollution on children living in Perpignan (n = 68, M = 10 years 1 month, SD = 0.6...

Categorization as an essential element of the behavior adaptability allows to deduce invisible properties and to make predictions about the behavior of the components of our environment. There are different types of classifications, which classify objects in different ways: perceptive organization, thematic organization, taxonomic treatment, etc. T...

Anorexic and bulimic patients have a highly distorted relationship with food and eating, even though they tend to be knowledgeable about diet and nutrition. The progress of this disease, as well as its complications and associated difficulties, are increasingly understood, while the etiopathogeny of eating disorders remains obscure. The approach th...

Some results of work in cognitive psychology invite to the construction of a computer environment of human learning (C.E.H.L.) based on an explicit representation of knowledge of the cognitive organization concerned. This approach privileges forms of acquisition which are freed from some of the constraints of linearity which generally guide the cou...

Several models linguistic (Desclés, 1990; Picoche, 1989) suggest regarding the lexical items such as the verbs as categories of significances. This assumption appears interesting to us because it would make it possible to provide an explanation to the metaphorical uses of certain verbs such as those which one can meet in certain expressions idiomat...

Our objective in this thesis was to test two hypotheses on the organization of the meanings of actions. The first of these assumptions is that the most general level, the meanings of actions are organized in semantic fields independent of each other. These fields are the main goals of the action. The second hypothesis concerns the internal organiza...

This paper presents the results of a study associating linguists and psychologists interested in the representation of the meaning of lexical items. The different theories proposed in the literature are discussed : semantic primitives, componential analysis, schemas... A general conception of a cognitive analysis of meaning is proposed : The Applic...

The hypothesis investigated is that the semantic similarities of verbs of action are organized according to a limited number of semantic fields and the experiment is designed to identify these fields. Seven subjects have been asked to classify 172 verbs of action, chosen as a function of their frequency of occurrence, so that the verbs belonging to...

In this project, we developp an ontology to index open and editorial educational resources in statistics based on a conceptual structure of the domain of knowledge. See our website : http://gapai.univ-paris8.fr/ontostats/#home
