Introduction
Javier Olaya Cuartero holds an International PhD in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences from the University of Alicante. He combines his work as a teacher and researcher with that of triathlon coach. He is sports director and coach of the Almansa Triathlon Club, national triathlon coach and level I triathlon coach. In addition, he also collaborates as a coach with the Triathlon Federation of Castilla La Mancha.
