Introduction
ūüéĮ I help people with mental illness to improve their well-being and health using exercise and healthy habits with: ūüĒ¨ Research #PsychiActive: 1) assessing the state of health, 2) develop supervised interventions. ūüĎź Transfer of knowledge #PowerONyou: 1) disseminating scientific evidence, 2) interviews with mental health users and professionals to learn about the situation of the mental health system and study possible ways of improvement, 3) personal training service.
