Introduction
I am a sustainability professional, working as a researcher at the Sustainable Transformation Lab in Antwerp Management School. I am a PhD candidate on sustainability strategy. I hold a Master in Social Economic Sciences and a Masters in Diplomacy and International Relations from the University of Antwerp. I specialize in practical oriented research and activities regarding sustainability and SDG integration within organizations, companies and local authorities.

Antwerp Management School, Louvain School of Management and the University of Antwerp are conducting a national study about how Belgian organizations apply or do not apply the Sustainable Development Goals in their organization. The SDG Barometer 2020 builds on an earlier study in 2018. This study was supported by the Federal Institute for Sustainable Development.

This project has four main research-related activities, the first three of which are related to Integrated Value Management (IVM). 1. Context Analysis: To assess the dynamic local, regional and global context that is shaping J&J’s aspirations toward sustainable transformation. 2. Stakeholder Assessment: To assess the material sustainability issues as perceived by J&J’s stakeholders and top management. 3.
