Introduction
I research regulation of North American energy companies. I focus on energy transport, such as pipelines, power-lines, and LNG, and how countries, states, and provinces account for and influence energy markets in their trading partners. I study how domestic energy regulations interact with international energy markets and limits on state authority set by constitutional law and trade law.
