Introduction
Research scientist in the Department of Food Quality and Safety at the Agricultural Research Organization, Volcani Center, Israel. I earned my Ph.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2009, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health and the University of Washington from 2009 to 2011. My research focuses on the application of advanced spectroscopic methods, integrated with multivariate modeling, to enhance agricultural and food production practices.
