Introduction
Dr. Jairo León-Quismondo is Professor of Sport Management at Universidad Europea de Madrid, Spain (Profesor Titular by ANECA). He works together with the Spanish High Sport Council (Consejo Superior de Deportes, CSD). His research experience includes collaborations with Southern Connecticut State University, CT, USA. His main research interest is based on organizational management and quality service, specifically in fitness centers and sport events. 1st Young Researcher Award by SEED.
