The aim of this project is to develop and implement an evaluation and assessment system for Business Models in order to identify the patterns behind best practices.
For that purpose, we will develop a database to quantitatively measure the following aspects, in order to identify causal relationships between them:
- The levers (capabilities, practices, contexts, etc.) that enable the Business Model have a certain configuration
- The Business Model configuration itself
- The impact that all this have on business results (financial aspects, customer perception, innovation grade of the business model, etc.)
