Introduction
Ivy Lynn Bourgeault currently works in the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. Ivy does research on the health workforce, health policy and politics and women in health leadership using qualitative and multi-method designs. Her current projects look at the mental health of health workers, gender dimensions of psychological well-being at work and women's leadership in health care and health sciences.
