Question
Dear All
we need your guide to answer this question..
Is it possible to do the research on smart campus based on IOT and virtual reality in PHD level?
the details of the research in brief:
Smart campus is an inevitable trend in the development of digital campus construction. With the development of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Virtual Reality (VR) technology, these technologies become the key to the construction of smart campus.
The major objective of this phd research proposal put forward a smart campus system prototype based on Internet technology. The research proposal firstly introduces the definition and characteristics of the IoT and VR technology. Secondly, presents the architecture and implementation methodology of the system prototype, and analyzes the core idea of smart campus. Finally, discuss the problems should be noticed in the smart campus construction.
The overall objective of this study is to create a smart campus system model for efficient management, using IoT and VR technology. The system prototype should adhere  to the following principles.
 Principle of high-efficiency responsiveness
 Principle of reliability
 Principle of standardization
 Principle of the compatible scalability
 Principle of friendly interface
Also the researcher will take one university as a case study for this phd journey.

Question
Dear All Prof and DR
Good Morning
I start to introduce myself my name is Mr.Issa a PHD student (first year) I am lecturer in college. My specialization (IT in General), I have interest of study in integration of cloud computing and IOT, that is current trends in ICT.
The literature still lacks of a broad comprehensive overview on what has been investigated on the integration of IoT and Cloud Computing and what are the open issues to be addressed in future research and development.
The goal of creat this thesis is to fill this gap by systematically collecting and analyzing studies available in the literature aiming to:
1. obtain a comprehensive understanding on the integration of IoT and Cloud Computing paradigms
2. provide an overview of the current state of research on this topic
3.identify important gaps in the existing approaches as well as promising research directions. To achieve this goal, a systematic mapping study was performed covering papers recently published in journals, conferences, and workshops, available at five relevant electronic databases. (IEEEXplore, ACM, ScienceDirect.com, scopus, web of science).
Moreover, the researcher will selected presenting strategies and solutions on how to integrate IoT and Cloud Computing as well as scenarios, research challenges, and opportunities in this context.
in the finally of the thesis the researher will came with his own result of integrated cloud computing with IOT and compare with the main outcomes of the performed systematic mapping.
I hope the explanation is clearly to all of you.
I need help to get answer from your experience about systematic mapping study, Is it acceptable for PHD level?
if the answer Yes that's great, if No why?
I need your help and support?
Thanks for everyone....
