Project
The project brings together 5 countries (France-Italy-Spain-Serbia-Turkey) via a group of teachers, professionals and students, to produce educational material developed in peer-to-peer, and test it on a sample of art students (comic or digital arts) in order to propose it as an open source solution for trainers and teachers of art, graphic design and digital creation schools. This pedagogical material aims to develop students' skills in two directions: 1) within the framework of collaborative works (interactions between scriptwriters, illustrators and digital production teams) in view of the new digital creation tools;
 2) in cross-comprehension between the Romance languages of the languages concerned (French, Italian, Spanish), and in specialized English for the whole group.
 Our challenges are the acquisition of skills and employability, open and innovative practices in the digital age, and the more dynamic entry of women authors into the comic book market. The position of women authors is of particular concern to us and we wish to develop a strong focus on this subject in our project. The levers that could be engaged towards young women are: a meeting with the Collective of female comics creators against sexism in France or abroad; Masterclasses during a Festival for transmission, etc. The mobility of the teachers and professionals who will develop the teaching material, and that of the students who will test it, will be organised in each of the partner countries and backed, in at least three countries, by a festival to encourage meetings with authors and the professional integration of students: Les Rencontres du 9e art (France/Aix-en-Provence) / Comicon (Naples) / Dumlupinar Comics Festival (Turkey).
