I am using MODIS MOD13Q1. I have try to mosaic them from 2 scene images as a matrix. Now I am trying to crop as shapefiles, the shapefiles is in polygon area. Then after I retrieve the polygon area, I would like to extract value using shapefile points. Need information more about this. Thank you
