Introduction
Ioanna Lapatoura is a PhD researcher at the University of Nottingham with a focus on Intellectual Property law, fashion and blockchain technology. She has also worked as a Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at Kingston University. Her research interests include Intellectual Property law (copyright, trade marks, designs), as well as Information Technology law, new technologies and fashion law. She also undertakes research on NFTs and copyright law, with a special focus on the art/ GLAM sector.
