Introduction
I hold a MSc. in organisational and labour psychology (Utrecht University, 1986) and I am a PhD candidate at Tilburg University.
My main professional interests are labor market impact of technological change, inclusive digitization or robotisation, human resource management (HRM), social innovation, learning and development, careers and employability.
