We want to build a quadcopter for a research project,but I have trouble choosing the battery,,,i'm looking for one with the lowest weight and highest capacity,and the price doesn't matter!
And i want this quadcopter to be able to work for an hour and it's weight be less than 3.5 kilograms and it's be able to ship(take) thing up to 1 kilograms

in pso algorithm for solving an issue with chenging the sequents of element of representative solution ,all elements will chenge and because of elemants dependence to each other, this algorithm didn't go to a

representative solution Included two parts.
in first part Included permutation of integers that coded continuous
between 0 and 1
and in fitness function will be decoded to integers
and second part included continuous number between 0 and 1
direction of second part is depended to values of the first part

there is no problem with duplicate answer in permutation because of considering fixer procedure
in genetic algorithm , suppose we have population with 100 chromosome ,
and each chromosome have 20 gene include integer between 1 and 10...
we choose 10 percent of the best chromosomes of this population and extract rule and pattarn ...
for example : mostly in good chromosome 2 come before 9 in specific gene or all...
