Introduction
I am an animal nutrition researcher (with previous experience as anatomic pathologist) - currently working in the AGR20 research field - and my main research interests are represented by gut health modifications in livestock species (especially poultry and fish) and the utilization of feed alternatives (i.e., insects) and additives in animal nutrition (especially poultry and fish). I have recently started working in the insect farming as well.
