I am a researcher at the Faculty of Law and Administration, the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. My research interest cuts across the various fields of Public International Law—from international human rights to international environmental law and criminal law. Notwithstanding obstacles to the power and jurisdiction of the ICC, the judges’ posture is that the court is ever ready to protect ethnic minorities against any form of violations.
