The efficiency of the consortium of lactic oxide bacteria and yeast is shown to suppress phytophotogenic bacteria and micromicets, conditionally pathogenic bacteria in vitro conditions. This work presents comparative study of the morphological structure of Cornus mas L. fruits in the Crimean populations. The variations have been recognized in form, mass, colour, period and timing of fruit ripening in various natural populations which could indicate the presence of intraspecific diversity of C. mas in the Crimea.
