I would like to know the best software for Data Analytics. Python and R are the two most frequently used packages however, I would really appreciate the inputs of those who have personally used these two. I would want to know which one is easy to learn for person with non-programming/advance IT skills? And which of these two gives better results? Also, is there any other software package which can be used as alternative to these two?

I have recently received a comment from a reviewer asking for the screenshots of my tests performed in one of my papers. I did provide all the screenshots in response; however, I kept thinking that whether it is appropriate for a reviewer to ask for such proofs? Or is it even ethical to doubt someone's integrity? Aren't we suppose to trust the author on his claims unless someone reports any wrongdoing against him? Furthermore, is this a normal practice (asking for such proofs, since I am facing it for the first time) or shall I report this behavior to the editor?
Thanks in advance.

I need to use it for Higher Education. Can anyone be kind enough to refer some recent citations justifying the use of this scale for higher education please?
I am looking for a scale that can measure Green HRM. Can anyone guide me please?
In today’s competitive environment, organizations are investing huge sums of money in retaining and developing their talented employees. Many researchers and practitioners suggest that if an employee is intending to leave his/her organization, he/she will start behaving differently from their usual routine at work. Therefore, the managers must be able to spot the signals posed by the employees to recognize whether they are properly engaged and motivated at work or not?
