Introduction
I am a PhD researcher at the Institute of Education, University College London. My doctoral research examines elite-school boys’ online and offline performances and cultures of masculinities in Turkey through semi-structured interviews and visual digital methods and methodologies. I am working in the intersection of sociology of gender, education, youth, and (digital-)media with a particular focus on online/offline masculinities and masculine identities.
