My main interests are in experimental neuropathology. I have collaborative projects in spectroscopy (MRI, ICPMS, SQUID, PECT) and in diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI); the latter correlating neurohistological findings with imaging characteristics relating to inflicted head injury in children. My oncology work, now with the University of Hull, is focused on the use of microfluidics to study the effects of chemotherapy & radiotherapy on glioblastomas applying cell cycle markers & molecular probes.
