Introduction
I am an Associate Professor in Urban Planning and Design with extensive international experience. My research integrates quantitative, qualitative, and spatial analyses to examine urban policy, mobility, housing, and social equity. I blend STEM methods with social science insights to inform sustainable, inclusive urban development and public policy. I have published widely and collaborated across China, South Korea, and the U.S.
