As time passes and world conflicts are becoming more aggressive and as the politican arena worldwide is impacting any dimension one can imagen [sports, education, economics, safety & security, etc.], of concern here is the actual Global Bibliometric Bias that is saliant in the countries located mostly in the southern hemisphere of the earth.
