Introduction
I am a qualified planner with a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a PhD in Social Sciences (Urban Design). Throughout my academic career since 2006, I have been dedicated to researching the relationship between urban planning and environmental sustainability, with a particular focus on the empowerment of marginalized communities in urban settings. My current research focuses on “Women-driven community development: promoting community inclusion and resilience in Vienna.
