Introduction
Hiroshi Yamamoto is a professor of human resource management, Ph. D. His research focuses on employability security, retention management for employees and workers’ inter-organizational career development. He was awarded Aoyama Gakuin Academic Award, Administrative Science Literature Award, Japan Society of Human Resource Management Award, etc. His recent publications are “Retention Management”(Chuokeizai-sha),”Study of Job Change and Career”(Souseisha), and “Study of Promotion”(Souseisha).
