Introduction
My current research interest are Political Economy of Food, Urban Sociology of Eating, in particular Corporate Packaged Food Consumption in Slums and Re-appropriation of Food Consumption.
I used a Bottom-Up Approach. My current research methods are qualitative: life-history, life-story, participatory observation, comparative case study, and business model analysis of micro-businesses.
