Introduction
My understanding of logistics includes a managerial, technical as well as formal-analytical perspective. As management professor I position logistics within transaction cost theory, network theory and the resource based view. Furthermore, I am very much interested in the interfaces between logistics, marketing, operations and technology management. My core interest is in retail operations and supply chain management.
