Introduction
Doutoranda do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia de Produção (PPGEP) da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Atuo no desenvolvimento de pesquisas voltadas a Gestão de Energia, com ênfase no Mercado de Energia Elétrica, Ambientes de Contratação de Energia e Energias Renováveis. Mestre em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM) em 2021 e graduada em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC) em 2018.

The aim of this project is to conduct energy research using business modeling and management knowledge through the development of management tools to improve administrative processes that result in increased competitiveness throughout the chain, and the reduction of technical and non-technical losses.
