Introduction
I am a professor and chair in nursing science in Department of Nursing Science, University of Turku, Finland. My research is international and in the field of health care ethics, nursing education, and clinical nursing (incl patient education) and I have published more than 500 scientific, referee-based publications. I am a fellow of European Academy of Nursing Science, American Academy of Nursing, Academia Europea and Visiting professor in Trinity College, Dublin.
