Introduction
Dr. Hebatallah Ghoneim. Heba is an economic lecturer at the German University in Cairo (GUC). She has obtained her bachelor degree in Economics from Cairo University, Master of Arts degree from American university in Cairo and PHD degree from German University in Cairo. Her research effort have been mainly focusing on welfare programs, international trade, foreign direct investment and Islamic economics, mainly interested in MENA region. She has also recently contributed in a research project with ILO in an attempt to provide a descriptive report about collective bargaining agreements in Egypt.
